Solution: Measured and fitted UV-stabilised netting across two balconies, anchored into the existing railing structure.
Problem: Pigeons had been nesting on the AC ledge and drying balcony for months, causing ongoing mess.
Solution: Fitted fine-gauge mesh around the AC unit and balcony opening to physically exclude birds.
Problem: A family wanted a safe, proper cricket practice setup on their rooftop terrace for their teenage son.
